The premise of this system is to give you a piece of value when prospecting with phone calls, text messages, etc. If you do not have an open house, you can use a new listing in your office OR a new closing that increased or decreased their home’s value. If you ultimately do not have an open house, do the tasks on each day that are applicable to you.
