Want to locate information on absentee owners so that you market to them? Here's some quick steps you can follow in MLS to find them!
Once you identify them, you can use the sample form letter we've attached below to contact them.
Step 1. Log on to MLS, Hover over TAX> From the Drop Down, Click imapp
Step 2. When imapp opens, Be Sure to Click on the “Tax Search Tab” and enter your criteria
Step 3. Results will show in List View> Click on the PID#/Tax ID
Step 4. Tax Record will Open> Locate Owner’s Mailing Address
