China has just announced the re-opening of its international borders after 3 years of pandemic restrictions which resulted in a boom of the demand of Chinese toward overseas properties.
The upcoming issue of our LPS magazine will be a special edition co-published with the prestigious Italian yacht manufacturer: Ferretti Group.
Entirely dedicated to international luxury properties and overseas real estate investments, the magazine and E-magazine reach a total of over 110,000 targeted Chinese VIPs looking for overseas high-end real estates.
The distribution of our magazines is also done in cooperation with Maserati Beijing and CITIC (one of the largest banks in China), meaning that our magazine also circulates throughout their network of VIPs in Shanghai, Beijing, Guangzhou, Chengdu, Shenzhen, among other major cities in China.

- The printed copies are sent by express mail to 32,054 VVIPs from the LPS database.
- Ferretti Yachts, will also distribute the magazine and E-magazine to its network of Chinese yacht owners and partners in China (Marinas, Yacht clubs etc.).
- Maserati Beijing will circulate the magazine and E-magazine to its network of luxury car owners in Beijing.
- CITIC will circulate the magazine among its VIPs throughout China.
- The E-version of the magazine is published on the LPS China official WeChat social media account (17,000+ Chinese subscribers)
- The E-version of the magazine is also available to download on LPS China website.
