BHHS Luxury Collection Specialist Certification  

To qualify, an agent must:

  • Have closed three sides, either list or sales side, of qualifying properties in the last 24 months
    • Hillsborough: $1,250,000
    • Pinellas: $1,250,000
    • Pasco: $750,000
    • Polk: $600,000
    • Hernando: $600,000
    • Highlands: $600,000
  • Have a minimum of one year’s full-time experience as a real estate professional and meet or exceed the company sales production standards for their particular office
  • Agree to participate in periodic research efforts conducted by their own firm and/or Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices relating to luxury homes
  • Have achieved at least five points from the following personal electives over the preceding 12 months, and submitted documentation to their Company Key Contact, Manager or Broker/Owner for review and approval.
    • Actively participating in Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Luxury/Resort marketing programs.

      For example, advertising in The Wall Street Journal or Unique Homes would qualify for 1 point for each.

    • Serving (or having served) on one or more non-REALTOR® charitable boards or committees would

      qualify for up to 2 Points. (1 point for each board or committee)

    • Being a current and active member of a recognized real estate trade association qualifies for up to 2

      points (1 point for each association).

    • Holding a professional real estate designation qualifies for 1 point.

    • A current member of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Leading Edge Society, President’s or

      Chairman’s Circle qualifies for 2 points.

Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist™ (CLHMS)

Administered by The Institute for Luxury Home Marketing, this designation assures affluent buyers and sellers that real estate professionals have the knowledge, experience, and unique skills to meet their needs. Members of The Institute who hold the CLHMS designation have documented performance in the TOP 10% of their residential markets and have successfully demonstrated their expertise in the luxury home and estate market.

To qualify, an agent must:

  • Have received the BHHS Luxury Collection Specialist Designation
  • Be an active Member of The Institute
  • Complete The Institute's Luxury Home Marketing Training

Million Dollar Guild Recognition

Recognized as an achievement in luxury markets around the world, the Million Dollar GUILD™ recognition assures high-net-worth-individuals that real estate professionals who have achieved GUILD status are remarkably knowledgeable, experienced, and have the unique skills necessary to meet and exceed expectations for today’s most discerning luxury buyers and sellers. Luxury real estate professionals can achieve GUILD recognition after having documented performance in the million dollar and above residential market, and meeting other program requirements.

To qualify, an agent must:

  • Complete The Institute's Luxury Home Marketing Training
  • Be an active Member of The Institute
  • Have earned the Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist™ (CLHMS) designation
  • Meet or exceed the GUILD Recognition sales requirements, which include two (2) closed transactions that meet each of the following:
    • The property is residential, such as a single-family home, townhome, condominium, or cooperative. Unimproved land, commercial, or multi-family properties do not qualify.
    • Each property is a unique address. If a Member was both the Listing Agent and the Buyer's Agent for a single transaction, the sale will only qualify as one transaction.
    • The sold price is at or above $1,000,000.
    • The sold dates of all three properties are within a 24-month period of each other. This period can be at any point in your real estate career.
