What is it?
For the entire month of March, we challenge you, our agents, to battle it out to see who can “win” the most listings. This is an all-company challenge, so you won't be grouped in with your office. We will have this split into teams and individuals to make sure all is fair.
What's in it for me?
The top 3 winning teams and individuals will receive bragging rights, a custom-made graphic to share with their sphere of influence, and 50 postcards to their farming neighborhood. Throughout the month we will be sure to equip you with tips, tricks and tactics to help you secure and win more listings!
Who will rise to the top and be named our Level Up Challenge champions?! We will find out on April 1 – best of luck!!
