Visit 2 HOA offices in communities.

Leave your card. Tell them what you do. Start building community management connections. A box of cookies or candy could be the start of a great relationship.


Look for community bulletin boards
Advertise on 2 boards - most are low cost or free!
Expired & Withdrawns

Pull a list of expired or withdrawn listings from MLS. Call (using Remine to gather contact information - You'll need a paid subscription to access Remine Pro after 11/5/2024) or mail a letter to ask if they would consider renting.
