CHALK Digital is an amazing tool, and can go a long way with your sellers. If you really want to get the most bang for your buck, please make sure that your seller is included in your advertising campaign. To do that, just make sure that CHALK Digital has your seller's email address.
There are TWO WAYS to do that. Both options are explained below. You should do this as quickly as possible once the ad is created.
Why do I need to add their email address?
- It will add your seller to the ad campaign so they start seeing the ad too! They will be AMAZED.
- They'll receive reports via email from CHALK Digital showing them how many people are seeing their house!
Option 1: Utilize the sync between your Loops in Dotloop & CHALK Digital
Using the sync is incredibly easy! All you need to do is make sure that the following is present in your Loop's information. All of the fields below MUST match in order for the sync to work.
- Seller Name
- Seller Email
- Property Zip Code
- MLS Number

Option Two: Add the email address manually in your CHALK Digital account
- When you receive the email from Chalk Digital notifying you of your free digital ad, you will be able to click on the link to add your sellers’ emails.
