Not sure where to go in Outlook in order to update your signature? That's ok, we've got you covered. Here are a few screenshots to help you along the way.


1. Open Settings

  • In Outlook, click File  Settings

2. Navigate to Signatures

  • Go to Account
  • Select Signatures
  • Click Add signature

3. Create Your Signature

  • Enter a Signature name
  • Fill in the signature body (your name, title, contact info, etc.)
  • Check: 

    •  Set default for new messages
    •  Set default for replies and forwards
4. Save Your Changes
  • Click Save

5. (Optional) Add an Image or Logo

  • Click Insert
  • Select Picture
  • Upload your image
